Experience the day to day work of an operational M&A consultant and get to know the Delivering Deal Value team of PwC’s transaction division.
We will walk through the operational aspects of an entire M&A transaction cycle in a hands on case study.
We will get you started with some theoretical background on operational aspects of M&A transactions and how to prepare convincing pitches.
Immediately afterwards, you will apply this knowledge in a case study.
You will be divided in groups. Each group will work on part of the case study. In the end you work as one team to be able to complete the case study – just like in a real project. The results will be presented to our PwC DDV team.
